2 oz Spicy Strawberry Citrus-infused tequila or mezcal
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 dash cardamom bitters (we recommend Scrappy’s.)
1 1/2 oz ginger beer
Pour Spicy Strawberry Citrus tequila (or mezcal), pineapple juice, lime juice, and cardamom bitters into a glass with ice, and stir until glass is chilled and frosty. Top with the ginger beer and give one last gentle stir.
