Creating infusions and craft cocktails organically worked its way into my life as a hobby for many years before it came up as an opportunity to share something creative and personal with others. It combines several of my interests including making delicious delights with fresh and innovative flavors, entertaining guests with adult beverages (and imbibing myself), and pursuing efficiency to make a better drink and leave more time for fun. When you combine those pastimes with a hearty dose of the DIY spirit, you get innovative infusions and craft cocktails.
In addition to creativity, zest, and efficiency, In High Spirits is dedicated to the pillars of positivity and environmental stewardship. Our infusion kits are made with fresh, whole ingredients, made in small batches to reduce waste, and shipped in sustainable packaging for everyone to use again and enjoy. I’ve worked and studied in the environmental sector for more than 10 years, so I strongly consider environmental impacts and the three R’s (reduce, reuse, recycle) in all aspects of the business. And of course, I always try to remain In High Spirits.
This is a labor of love, an experiment to elevate the ordinary, and shake things up a little.
