Add all ingredients except wine to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a short glass with ice. Hold a bar spoon upside-down just above the drink. Slowly pour the wine over the back of the bar spoon to create a layer of wine on top of the cocktail.

2 oz Sunday Sunrise-infused bourbon, 1/2 oz honey simple syrup, 3 dashes bitters (try Bittermens Krupnik Herbal Honey Bitters)

2 oz Speakeasy-infused whiskey (or spirit of your choice), 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz sirop co. spiced honey syrup *rosemary sprigcedar plank (optional)* You can substitute 3/4 oz homemade honey syrup + 4 dashes of aromatic bitters.)‍
