(makes 8 drinks)
12 oz Chocolate Pecan Pie bourbon (or spirit of choice)
6 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 Tbsp (~20 dashes) bitters (we recommend aromatic, black walnut, or coffee)
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until very well-mixed and creamy. Pour into tall glasses and add a straw and a spoon to each glass.
