The Cranberry Sauce infusion kit includes: dried cranberries, orange, allspice, and cinnamon sticks. Just add your own spirits (alcohol not included). We recommend infusing this kit with gin, whiskey, or rum.
Fill with the spirit of your choice, steep on your counter for 3 days, strain, and store in the refrigerator for up to a month. (See our Getting Started page for more info.)
Makes 12 ounces of infused spirit, or 6-8 drinks. For a simple cocktail, try on the rocks, or mix 2 oz. of your Cranberry Sauce spirit with 4-6 oz. of ginger beer, tonic water, or hot cider/water, plus a wedge of lemon or lime.
