2 large sprigs of mint
2 oz Sunday Sunrise-infused gin
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add mint sprig and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint until fragrant. Add Sunday Sunrise, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice, then shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass, and add fresh ice. Slap the remaining sprig of mint between your hands and garnish your drink.
