2 oz Campfire-infused whiskey* (or spirit of your choice)
2 oz chilled earl grey tea
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz pine syrup or simple syrup
1 dash cardamom bitters (optional; we recommend Scrappy’s)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a large handful of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks class with fresh ice. Garnish with a small pine branch (or sprig of rosemary).
