2 oz Chai Poached Pear-infused rum (or spirit of choice)
1 oz lime juice
1 oz pear juice/nectar
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
